Earrings Care

EARRINGS
These handmade earrings are crafted with love, so please handle them with lots of TLC:

• Avoid knocking them on any hard surfaces
• Be extra careful with any 3D or small protruding parts.
• Do not store them in direct sunlight or places with high humidity.
• Store them in a cool & dry box to prevent scratches or breakages.
• Avoid getting any perfume, deodorant or hair spray on them. 
• Do not swim or shower with them
• Use only a soft cloth & water to clean the clay pieces, but avoid water on any metal parts.
• Earring post, brass components and metal findings may oxidize and darken over time. 

TASSELS
Silk tassels tend to take on the shape of how they are kept. Hence, the best way to keep them is to hang them up from the ear hook/stud.

To help you with the upkeep, we provide a simple dual earring stand for tassel earrings purchased (1 for every 1-2 pairs).

However, if they do start to curl, you can hang them above the steamer till they are straight or wet them very lightly and hang them up to dry. Please be careful not to wet the metal components.

We have since updated our tassels to version 2.0 since Jan 2026, so for these they are definitely less temperamental and easier to maintain. Do reach out if you have any concerns.
