Shipping & Returns

• We are currently only shipping to Singapore. If you are looking at other countries, kindly reach out. 
  
  
• Shipping is fixed at $4 per delivery and is waived if purchase is $60 and above. Please select the correct shipping option at check out. 
  
  
• All earrings will be packed into a single box whenever possible. Please reach out if you will like them packed separately. 
  
  
• Parcels are posted via SingPost Smartpac and they will be delivered directly to your letterbox. Do allow up to 3-4 working days for the ready-to-ship earrings to packed and delivered. You may track the earrings using www.singpost.com/track-items 

RETURNS

• We do not accept returns, refunds or cancellations. Exchanges are also not allowed due to hygiene reasons. 
  

NOTE
Do ensure that the delivery address submitted is correct. Additional shipping cost will apply for subsequent delivery of returned packages.
